Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges.
If your bank does hold you liable for any of the first $50 of fraudulent charges, Werner Enterprises Company eStore will cover the entire Liability for you, up to the full $50.
Werner Enterprises Company eStore will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Werner Enterprises Company eStore while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Returns
In regards to accepting returns, items must be in original package, not damaged, used or worn and must have all components. The sales receipt or proof of payment is required. We do not accept returns after 30 days of original purchase unless item is defective. There are no returns on entertainment items or non-defective electronic items. Exchanges Only. All sales are final on sale merchandise! Returns will be given by original method of payment only. If the merchandise being returned is due to an error on our part (defect, wrong item), we will reimburse you for the freight to return the item. All returns must be coordinated by phone.
