How does payroll deduct work?
Payroll deduct can be used as a payment option. We will verify your employee information first before your payroll is deducted. Currently, Roadmaster, ECM, Reed and Baylor associates are not able to use payroll deduction.
- Student drivers can payroll deduct $75 at one time. After 90 days on your own truck, you can payroll deduct up to $200 at one time.
- New office associates and new drivers on their own truck can payroll deduct $75 for the first 90 days. After 90 days, you can payroll deduct up to $200 at one time.
Payroll will take $50 out of your paycheck each pay cycle until the amount is paid back. Some exceptions may apply.
What if my order is more than my payroll deduct limit?
If your order is over your payroll limit an email is sent to inform you of other possible payment options.
How can I use my store credit?
You may use your store credit as a payment option..
If you need to verify how much credit is on your account or would like to learn how Werner drivers can earn store credit, you will need to call the Omaha Company store @ 1-800-937-6373 or email: [email protected].
If you have store credit, we will use that first, and apply any remaining balance to payroll deduct.
